Waring Calendar Links
There are two ways to get Waring calendar information on your computer: importing and subscribing.
Importing a calendar puts the events on your personal calendar one time, and they are only current as of the date of the import.
Subscribing to a calendar allows your computer to get updated information about new and changed events.
To import Waring calendar events:
1) Click on any of the links below:

2) The corresponding .ics file will be downloaded to your computer
3) Double-click on the downloaded file
4) Your calendar program should open and prompt you to choose an existing calendar or create a new one, and then import the events.
On the Mac, with iCal, you can also choose from the menu File -> Import... -> Import an iCal file and then select the downloaded file
On the Mac, with Entourage, you can drag the .ics file on to the Entourage icon in the Dock and events will import automatically
On the PC, with Outlook 2007, you can select Import/Export from the File menu, then choose "Import an iCalendar" in the Import and Export Wizard
[You may wish to download and re-import the event file from time to time, in case there have been changes made to the calendar.]

*9/10/2011: there is currently a bug in Google Calendar that changes event times to make them 4 hours earlier. Event times in Outlook, iCal and Yahoo calendars are unaffected.

With Apple's iCal**:
1) In the menubar, go to Calendar -> Subscribe...
2) Copy and paste the address below for the calendar to which you are subscribing
**Please note that there is a bug in the OS X 10.5 ("Leopard") version of iCal which prevents subscribed calendars from updating. If your computer is using OS X 10.5 Leopard, you will need to delete and re-add your subscription to get the latest version of events. Other versions of iCal (OS 10.7, 10.6, 10.4 and 10.3) will update automatically as events are changed.
